For over 120 years, First Presbyterian has rooted itself in Statesboro with a singular focus: love God and love our neighbor. We are located in the heart of Statesboro near Georgia Southern University and welcome all to worship with us. Our members are a gracious mix of who you might find here in Bulloch County - multi-generational families, university faculty, staff and students, recent Georgia transplants. No two members think alike except for one thing: we love Jesus first and try to place that love above all else. We embody this love in our refreshing worship, intentional missional service, invigorating faith formation programs, mutual tenderness towards one another, and genuine inclusion and affirmation of all God’s beloved children.
